Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic purchasing plans for:
• Raw Materials
• Packaging Materials
• Global Sourcing
• Lead and manage the purchasing team, fostering collaboration and driving high
performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms to
ensure cost efficiency and quality.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and regulatory updates to identify
opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business
objectives.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and ethical sourcing
practices.
• Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve procurement efficiency
and achieve continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7 years in purchasing, preferably in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
• At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Skills & Knowledge:
• Expertise in raw materials, packaging materials, and global sourcing.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with a proven ability to build supplier
partnerships.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Language: Strong command of English (spoken and written).
