• Own & drive yield improvement for new automotive SoC products
• Collaborate with design, process, reliability, test teams
• Analyze yield data and identify trends and patterns
• Develop and own yield roadmap and reports
• Support product development milestone review
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
• Proven expertise with process technology on FEOL and BEOL
• Knowledge of semiconductor memory cell/array/periphery characterization
• Strong background on yield detractor root causes
• Leadership skills with a track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams
