Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with company strategy.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with Thai labor laws.
Support leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and training initiatives.
Handle HR reporting, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
5–10 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or related industries.
Strong knowledge of Thai labor laws and HR best practices.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
