Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for roles specific to freight forwarding, such as logistics coordinators and customs brokers.
Conduct interviews and manage the selection process to ensure a strong fit between candidates and operational needs.
Employee Relations:
Act as a liaison between management and staff to address workplace issues, grievances, or concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Facilitate effective communication across departments to ensure alignment with company goals.
Performance Management:
Implement performance appraisal systems tailored to assess roles within the freight forwarding sector.
Provide coaching and support to managers on performance-related matters.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs specific to logistics and supply chain management.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably within the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong understanding of labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS and common office software.
