Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and client engagement.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
Report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or contract logistics sales.
Proven track record of hunting and closing large accounts and managing key clients.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of international freight, shipping lines, and logistics solutions.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives (negotiable).
