Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Oversee warehouse, transportation, inventory management, and distribution operations.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through KPIs and performance metrics.
Lead, mentor, and manage operations teams to achieve targets and growth objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and IT to support business expansion and customer satisfaction.
Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability for all operational activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or contract logistics, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in managing large-scale logistics operations, teams, and budgets.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
