Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement retail strategies to drive revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Expand the retail footprint in alignment with brand positioning and long-term strategy.
- Establish operational policies, SOPs, and KPIs across stores to ensure efficiency and consistency.
- Monitor store performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
- Optimize inventory management, visual merchandising, and overall store presentation.
- Lead and inspire a team of area managers, store managers, and frontline staff.
- Design and deliver training programs that reflect a customer-first, innovation-led approach.
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure an exceptional and consistent customer experience across all retail touchpoints.
- Implement feedback loops and customer insights to enhance service and product offerings.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Brand teams to ensure the retail experience aligns with brand identity.
- Work closely with Visual Merchandising, Marketing, and E-commerce teams to support integrated go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of progressive retail operations experience, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record managing multi-store retail networks, including P&L responsibility.
- Strong relationships with department stores and local malls.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Deep understanding of customer experience, merchandising, and retail technology integration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
- Fluency in Thai and English required.
